What we access
3 connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We request read and modify access solely to identify and surface the three emails that most need your attention each day. We do not store the full content of your emails — only metadata (sender, subject, date) and a short snippet for scoring.
What we store
- Your Gmail address
- A Google OAuth refresh token (encrypted at rest) — used to access Gmail on your behalf without requiring repeated logins
- Your daily digest: the three selected emails per day (sender, subject, one-line snippet)
- Actions taken in the app (archive, reply, snooze)
- Your delivery time preference
What we never do
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your email content for advertising
- Store the full body of your emails
- Share your data beyond the infrastructure providers listed below
Infrastructure
Hosted on Vercel. Data stored in Supabase (London, EU). Emails sent via Resend. Payments via Stripe. None of these providers have access to your Gmail content.
Google API data
3's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
Revoke access anytime via Google Account permissions. To delete your account and all data, email hello@usethree.xyz.
